Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund products after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com including images of the damaged print and packaging. We will respond advising whether we need you to return the print to us before we can issue a replacement. In the case of defective or damage, will will cover all postage costs.
We only offer refunds for non-personalised, non-bespoke items returned to us in good condition. If you wish for a refund instead of a replacement, products should be returned to us in the same packaging as issued to you.
Once the item is received in good condition, then a refund of the original purchase price will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
